CAPPARCIO OF SMOKED SALMON/ OCEAN TROUT.

Ingredients......6 slices of smoked salmon / ocean trout, 6 nasturtium leaves and flowers( edible), finely sliced tasty cheese, dried dill, olive oil. Lay the trout/ salmon slices on a serving dish, sprinkle lightly with olive oil and dried dill, top with the tasty cheese slices and dress with the nasturtium leaves and flowers ( edible).
