Ingredients.....1 butter lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces (lettuce is generally torn rather than cut, as it is less likely to wilt or discolour), 2 handfuls of sno peas, topped, tailed and blanched, 150gm of sliced ham, finely shredded, 1 carrot sliced, 1 red capsicum , finely sliced,
1/4 cup of French dressing.
Combine the lettuce, sno peas, ham, carrotand capsicum in a large serving bowl.
Pour over the French dressing and serve.
