Ingredients....1 and 3/4 cups of plain flour, 1/2 tsp of salt, 2 tbs of canola oil, 1 egg lightly beaten, 1/2 cup of flat beer.
Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl.
In a separate medium bowl, lightly beat together the oil, egg and flat beer.
Stir the mixture into the flour until well combined.
Turn the dough out onto a floured board and knead just 4 times.
Roll out as required on a greased oven tray /trays and spread generously with tomato sugo.
Then add your toppings in your chosen recipe.
