GOLDEN CRACKLE ROUGHS

Ingredients......375gm of chocolate melts, 250gm of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of golden syrup, 2 cups of shredded coconut, 3 cups of rice bubbles. Line a 18 x 28cm slab pan with baking paper. Place the cream cheese, golden syrup, and chop chips in a medium saucepan over a low heat and stir until smooth. Stir in the rice bubbles and shredded coconut. Spread into the prepared pan. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight until firm. Now remove from the pan using the baking paper, slice into rectangles. Store in an airtight container in your refrigerator. Serve dusted with icing sugar ( optional).
