BROCCOLI CHEESE ROLLS

Ingredients......400gm of broccoli florets, 1 egg lightly beaten, 1 egg white beaten to a froth , 3 spring onions finely chopped, 125gm of grated chedder cheese, 90 gm of breadcrumbs,3 tbs of minced garlic, cracked black pepper to taste. Preheat your oven to 180 deg C. Grease a baking tray and line with baking paper. Blanche the broccoli florets in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain, cool finely chop and set aside. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and season with cracked black pepper. Spoon a heaped tbs of the mixture in your hands and roll into an oval shape. Repeat with the remaining mixture and place the rolls and place on the prepared baking tray. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes then turn the rolls and continue to cook until golden. These are delicious served drizzled with hoisin sauce .
