CARROTS IN HONEY AND GARLIC

Ingredients....2 tbs of butter/ marg, 2 tbs of honey, cracked black pepper, 1 tbs of minced garlic, 2 medium carrots thinly sliced, cut diagonally or into a medium shred. Heat the butter over a low heat in a large frypan. Add the honey, pepper and garlic. Toss the carrots through this mixture and heat through over a low heat. Sprinkle with a little dried dill and pour the sauce over the carrots.
