WASTE NOT... WANT NOT

I seem to be be checking the contents in my fridge continually . Today I removed a bottle of worcestershire sauce from the refrigerator door along with a bottle of tamari .... These bottles had dregs only remaining . I emptied the remains from both bottles and placed them in a measuring jar , the amount was minimal , less than 1/2 of a cup and then added water to make 1 and 1/2 cups . I placed the stock into ice cube trays . It's now going into the freezer and I will have a flavoursome stock at hand when needed .
