Another year in the kitchen.....I can't wait to share the flavours and textures . Churchill Neighbourhood Centre allows me to hold hands on classes , where you bring along the the protein and some ingredients ,CNC supply the staples and the ability to prepare and cook under instruction . The end result is you get to take home a prepared 2 course meal every week . My class is called Noelene's country cooking .... and each week we will visit a country and experience flavours and meals you will want to make again to share . ...
