HONEY GLAZED RED CABBAGE WITH SULTANAS

Melt 2 tbs of marg / butter in a large saucepan over a medium heat . Add 1 tbs of minced garlic . Add 650 gm of red cabbage finely shredded along with 150 gm of sultanas and 2 tbs of runny honey . Cook for 2 minutes , stirring to combine . Pour 100ml of red wine and 100ml of water , bring to the boil , then reduce heat , cover and simmer , stirring occasionally . Cook until cabbage is cooked and softened . Serve hot . This is a great served with kranskies .
