HEAVENLY HASH

This is definately on the menu at The Manor , dessert royality . Before we start , you can purchase red maraschinocherries at your local Manny's market delicatessen and the Church St, delicatessen Morwell. Drain 1 can of mandarin segments (310 gm )2 cups of maraschino cherries including stalks, 1 can of pineapple pieces (432 gm ). Toss the drained fruits together in a large bowl . Add 2 x small packets of mini marshmallows . In a separate bowl beat 300 ml of sour cream with a pinch of ground cardamon , 1/2 tsp of ground ginger , 1 tsp ofgrated lemon rind and 1 tbs of cream apera .( optional ) Chill for 2 hours before serving .
