TUESDAY COOKING CLASS .....CHOUX PASTRY

Tomorrow we are revisiting an old favourite ....choux pastry
To be honest I`m surprised at the ladies request ,
Cooking class participants tend to rush the process , that is something you can`t do with choux pastry .
It`s very simple but you need patience .......
If they bugger up , it will have to be remade
Just to make it interesting I have prepared the ladies pastry ingredients .......
.almond flour
coconut flour
ground psyllium flour
ground golden flax seed
bicarbonate of soda ......
It`s the wheat belly all purpose baking mix .
Just a tip ...it`s not a race .
