1tbs of black olives
Handful of spinach leaves
2 tbs of crumbled feta
6 cherry tomatoes sliced
1/2 yellow capsicum sliced
1/2 small red onion sliced
300gm of creamed corn
Place all the ingredients in a small pan , warm through , you want to retain the crispness of the onion and capsicum , so heat over a low heat .
Place in a bowl and enjoy .
