HONEY CUSTARD POTS
Ingredients needed, 3 tbs of honey ,1 dsp of vanilla extract ,500 ml of hot milk , 4 eggs beaten , 1 tsp of ground cinnamon , extra honey for serving .
Preheat your oven to 180 deg C .
Stir the honey and vanilla extract into the hot milk .
In a medium bowl whisk together the 4 beaten eggs with 4 tbs of the hot milk .
Whisk the egg mixture into the milk mixture .
Whisk for a little longer and the strain , divide the mixture between 4 ramequins .
Place the ramequins in a baking dish with enough boiling water to come half way up the sides of the ramequins .
Bake for 30 minutes until the custards are set .
Remove from the water bath and drizzle with a little honey ove reach custard and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon .
