Preheat your oven to 220 deg C
It is really simple , purchase your pork crackle , dry it off with paper towelling .
There is no need to use boiling water .
If you are reading my blog .... trust me .
Thickly coat the rind of the dried belly with salt ..
Place on an oven tray and place in the preheated oven .
Just leave it till the rind is bubbly and golden brown .
You will know , its not rocket science but it is delicious !!!
