EASTER TREAT ...CHOCOLATE DIPPED FRUIT

Line an oven tray with baking paper . Place 185gm of chocolate melts in a bowl and melt in the microwave in 15 sec increments . Now thickly slice 2 medium banans on an angle , 3 apricots or nectarines quartered . Dip fruit , one piece at a time , to coat half way up the fruit . Place fruit in a single layer on the baking paper lined oven tray and allow to set at room temperature .
