LEMON TUNA DIP

Place 180 gm tin of tuna in spring water  ( drained ) in the bowl of your blender along with 1 and 1/4 cups of ricotta .
1/2 cup of plain yoghurt
1 tbs of tomato paste
 Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbs of fresh chopped coriander .
Process  until smooth and chill .
