This dressing is an aromatic and flavoursome alternative to commercial brands of mayonnaise
Simply stir together 1 cup of natural yoghurt , 6 tbs of Dijon mustard , 6 tbs of lemon juice , 2 tbs of honey ,2 tbs of minced garlic , 4 tbs of dry chia seeds .
Season to taste with cracked pepper and a pinch of salt .
Set aside covered in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to give the garlic a chance to permeate the dressing and allow the chia a chance to combine the flavours .
