VEGAN 4 COURSE FINE DINING OCCASION. 2ND MARCH 2014. HAPPY BIRTHDAY LAURIE.

Todays occasion was a surprise Vegan  Fine Dining Experience  for 2.
Carol  had booked my services some time back , the occasion was a surprise fine dining experience in their home  for her husband Lauries birthday.
Laurie, I was told is a hard man to keep secrets from , Carol and I met on two occasions and when Carol decided on a menu , that was it.... till today...no communication.
We caught Laurie on the hop blanching home grown tomatoes ready to freeze in preparation for  winter dishes to come .


We started with...


Cream of Vegetable Soup  Infused  with Cashew Nut Puree


Followed  with
Bok Choi Sushi  rolled with Homegrown  Roasted and Caramelised  Vegetables



The Mains
Torn Pappardelle with garden greens and a shade of lemon



Dessert
Rumble in the Jungle
Served with Vegan Choc Cherry Ice -Cream..
