THE MANOR LAYERED PIZZA

Simple 1x pizza base , ( I used a Woolworths $4.oo frozen Hawaiian pizza for the base .) I sliced 2 small kalamata tomatoes over , placed a drop of lemongrass paste on each slice and spread over . Then came a sprinkle of grated cheese and topped with a mix of brined and sliced capsicums and black olives . Finishing with sliced bocconcini ....and a sprinkle of cracked black pepper . Heated until cheese has melted and the aromas are inviting ...
