Preheat your oven 180 deg C .
Place 250 gm of cream cheese in the bowl of your food processor along with 3 beaten eggs , 1/2 cup of castor sugar , 1/2 cup of custard powder ,432 gm can of crushed pineapple , the grated rind of 1 small lemon .
Process and blend until well combined .
Now stir through 1/4cup of passionfruit pulp.
Pour into a 20cm quiche dish , sprinkle over 1/4 cup of desicatted coconut .
Bake in your preheated oven for 35 minutes until set .
