You will need 170 gm of passionfruit pulp or the pulp of 7 passionfruit .
Place the passionfruit pulp into the saucepan with 220 gm of castor sugar 3 lightly beaten eggs and 2 lightly egg yolks , 150 gm of 'FAIRY' margarine with 2 tbs of lemon juice .
Stir this mixture over a moderate heat until the mixture thickens.DO NOT LET IT BOIL .
Remove from the heat and allow to cool .
When cold put into sterilised , airtight jars and keep in the refrigerator .
