COLE SLAW

Shred 1 small firm savoy cabbage , removing any coarse stem.
Remove the stems from 3 red apples , do not peel , cut into cubes .
Add 1 cup of raisins that have been soaked in 1/2 cup of hot water for 10 minutes .
Drizzle over a dressing made from
6 tbs of olive oil
1 tbs of lemon juice
1 tbs of orange juice
1 tbs of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onions
1 tbs of chopped olives
1 tbs of chopped parsley
1/2 tsp of dried mustard powder
Salt and pepper to taste.
