BROKEN BISCUIT CAKE
Ingredients......185 gm of 70% cocoa chocolate, 2 tbs of golden syrup, 75gm of sultanas, 185 gm of
broken biscuits ( eg Marie / Arrowroot).
Line a 20cm/8"square cake pan with baking paper or a fitted liner.
Break up the chocolate into squares and put into a pan with the golden syrup and melt over a gentle heat.
Stir in the sultanas and the broken biscuits.
Scrape the mixture into the prpared pan and pack it down well with the back of a wooden spoon.
Place the pan in the refrigerator to set overnight or until set.
Turn out and cut into squares with a sharp serrated knife, to serve.
Enjoy.
