Place 250 gm of room temp butter / marg in a food processor with 1/4 cup of coarsley chopped hazelnuts and 1/3 rd cup of chopped coriander and process until wel combined .
Serve with BBQ meat , seafood or vegetable of your choice .
Butter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or 2 months in the freezer .
