1st TERM ....
I am going to show you how to make the most of the abundant fruits in season .

WEEK 1 ...
Lemon Curd Preserve ........
We will make Waffles with a Passionfruit Sauce for sharing with a cuppa .

WEEK 2 ......
Peach Relish
This week we will make a Strawberry  Slice to share over a cuppa .

WEEK 3 ......
Sour Cream and Grape Strudel Cake ..
I will show you how to make a Weet-Bix Fudge , which we can enjoy with a cuppa .

WEEK 4 ........
Red Cabbage ..BODKAAL
And we will share Apple Nutties  over a cuppa .

WEEK 5
Orange and Apple Jam
For our tasting this week we will make Russian Beetroot

By this time we will already be in the month of March 2017 and there is so much more in store ...

Classes are held on Tuesday mornings 10 - 12 midday .
