Peheat your oven to 180 deg C .
Place 1 cup of margarine
1 Cup of sugar
2 Eggs .....in the small bowl of your electric mixer
Beat till pale and creamy.
Now add 1 tsp baking powder
2 cups of plain flour
1 tsp of vanilla essence...beat till well combined
Remove the bowl from the mixer and add
1 cup of crushed potato chips .
Drop teaspoonfuls of the mix onto a greased biscuit sheet .
Bake for 12 minutes.
