KANGAROO WITH PEPPERS

Heat 1 tbs of sesame oil and rice bran oil in a pan over a medium heat .
Add 1 red chilli including seeds.
Cut up 4 slices of sushi ginger
1 tbs of fish sauce
Add 500 gm of  sliced kangaroo fillet
Add sliced red and yellow capsicums
Juice of half a lime
2 tbs of soy sauce
Keep the sliced fillet moving .
Stir in 4 tbs of fresh parsley , chopped .
I served this with red quinoa .
