Pre heat oven to 180 deg C
Mix 1. cup of wholemeal self raising flour
1/2 . cup of self raising flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tbs of brown sugar ...together
Warm I tbs of treacle in 3/4 cup of milk .
Mix to a moist dough with a knife
Bake in a greased loaf tin in a well warmed oven for 35 minutes
