CHICKEN TERIYAKI

Heat 1 tbs of rice bran oil in a fry pan over a medium heat . Stir in 60 ml of tamari , 60 ml of worcestershire sauce , 2 tbs of red wine vinegar , 185ml of dry sherry ,2 tbs of brown sugar and 2 tbs of minced garlic . Cook stirring to combine for 2 minutes . Slice 4 chicken fillets into thin strips along with 1 red capsicum . Stir in the sliced chicken fillets to the pan along with the sliced capsicum . continue to cook until the chicken is cooked and the sauce reduces and thickens slightly . In a separate bowl mix together 1/2 cup of natural yogurt with 1 tbs of lime juice and 1 tsp / 1 dsp of sriracha ... This is delicious .
