ARTISAN SOURDOUGH BREAD STARTER (DAY3)

The sourdough bread starter is bubbling , I'm so excited ( I even wander into the kitchen through the night to check on the starter for bubbles!!). Now this is the weird bit , remove and discard 1/2 of your starter - keeping 60gm of the starter ,( but as you know I hate waste , plus I'm attached to this starter , so 1 divided the starter into 3 separate bowls .) The texture should be stretchy .( and it is ) Now add 60 gm of the flour mix that you prepared on day 1 and 1/4 cup of warm water . mix until smooth , the texture shouls be thick and smooth ( it is so easy to mix ) Cover and rest for another 24 hours .
