FRESH FRUIT SALAD CAKE

Peel and slice 2 oranges removing any seeds .
Peel , core and chop 2 apples roughly .
Peel 2 ripe bananas and cut into chunks .
Place all fruits into a processor and blend until smooth .
Place into a bowl and add 1 cup of sultanas , 185 gm of melted margarine /butter and 3/4 of a cup of castor sugar and 2 cups of self raising flour .
Use a wooden spoon to mix well .




Pour the fruit batter into two 20cm  10 cm greased baking pans ..
Bake in a well heated oven on 180 deg C for 55 mins or until cooked when tested .



Leave in the pan for 5 mins before turning onto a  wire cake cooler .
Serve sliced and spread with lemon curd ....
