BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

Place all the ingredients listed in a high speed blender
35gm of spinach leaves
1 banana
1 passionfruit
1 cinnamon stick crumbled
1 tsp of chia seeds
2 and 1/2 tbs of coconut yoghurt
2 tsp of rice malt syrup
70gm of ice cubes
60ml of water
Blend until completely smooth
Pour into a glass and enjoy ...
