SOURDOUGH BREAD ....DAY 3 ...and continuing .

Today , Sunday is the 3rd day in the preparation of the sourdough 'starter'. And guess what ? The fermentation process has commenced , the mixture is starting to froth . I have replaced the teatowel covering with cling wrap as the temperatures have been on the cool side . Fingers crossed 2 days to go ...
