CHEESE CHIP COOKIES .

This is an oldie but a goodie ( even if a little naughty ).... Preheat your oven to 180 deg C . Melt 60 gm of marg / butter in a saucepan over a low heat and add 90 gm of grated cheese , 1 cup of lightly crushed packaged potato chips , 1/2 cup of plain flour and a pinch of dry mustard . Mix well . Roll heaped tsp of the mixture into small balls , flatten with the back of a fork . Place on baking paper covered oven trays , bake in the preheated oven until crisp ( 12- 15 mins )
