ROSEMARY ...THE HERB .
Rosemary is one of the most aromatic herbs .
Rosemary aids in digestion of rich and starchy foods and gives a savoury tang to beef , lamb, veal , pork ,chicken , rabbit and goose .
Rosemary is used in liver pate and sauces for pasta , it also compliments eggplant , zucchini , brussel sprouts and cabbage .
Rosemary is also excellent in garlic bread and savoury scones .
Next time you are making a batch a plain scones try adding 1 tbs of chopped rosemary leaves
to the dry mixture before adding the liquid .
The flavour is subtle and tasty ( piquant ).
