ARTISAN SOURDOUGH BREAD STARTER ( DAY 4 )

Today I fed the starters ( remember I divided the starter instead of discarding it yesterday). I fed the starter with 1/4 cup of warm water and 60 gms of the original flour mix that was to feed the starter . Bubbles were forming as I was covering the bowls . I'm so excited .
