ARTISAN SOURDOGH BREAD STARTER ( DAY 4 )

Today is day 4 of the artisan starter ....I fed the starter with another 60 gm of the flour mix and 1/2 cup of warm water . It started bubbling staright away, which meant the starter was hungry ... So I will repeat daily feedings until the starter doubles in size ....and that will happen within 4- 12 hours after feeding it . I will keep you updated . This is what the starters looked liked at feeding on day 4.
