CHOC TOPPED CRUNCHY SLICE

Grease a 18cm X 28 cm slice pan and lightly sprinkle with polenta . Mix together 3 x 65 gm mars bars ( chopped )in a saucepan with 90 gm of butter / marg in a medium saucepan over a low heat , until mixture is smooth . Now stir in 3 cups of rice bubbles . Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan . Melt 200 gm of chocolate and 30 gm of butter / marg in a bowl ...in the microwave ( 30 sec increments ) .Stir until smooth . Spread the melted chocolate over the top of the rice bubble mixture . Refrigerate until set then slice .
