VEGETABLE AND FRUIT STACK

So I have just sliced an egglant and a medium sweet potato along with a peeled and sliced green apple . I sprayed an ovenproof dish otherwise known as a casserole dish ( a large one ), sprinkled it with it with zaatar and then layered the slices and sprinkled over sumac . Finally drizzled over a mix of tamari , minced ginger, garlic and honey . So the next step is to preheat the oven to 160 deg C and wait patiently till the oven is well heated . Always preheat your oven when baking . The rounds were baked for 40 minutes . Now what to serve the rounds with .. anything you want . These vegie stacks are amazing ...they are delicius.
