ALMOND CRUSTED CHICKEN NUGGETS

Preheat your oven to 200 deg C. Line an oventray with baking paper . Remove the skin from 500gm of chicken breasts , slice and cut into bite sized chunks . Pat dry the chicken pieces and mix with 2 tbs of canola oil , ( use chilli oil if these are for adults ). In a separate bowl add 90 gm of finely chopped almonds with 3 tbs of grated parmesan cheese. Spread out the chicken pieces in a single layer on the baking tray , drizzle 1/4 cup of honey over the nuggets, sprinkle with 3 tbs of sesame seeds . ( turn the nuggets so there is honey and sesame seeds on both sides. ) Place in the preheated oven and bake for 8 minutes on both sides in which case the nuggets should be cooked through and the crust golden . remove from the oven and let them sit for 5 minutes before serving .
