DAY THREE OF LOCKDOWN CHALLENGE (2) ...1/2 Roast Chicken

With the remaining 1/2 chicken , I roasted it after lightly covering it with vegemite . This makes for a fully flavoured and deep coloured roast chicken . I roasted the chicken on a bed of 2 halved onions . Now add the par cooked vegeatables and finish roasting in the oven .
