Morning everyone .....
20cm / 22 cm loose bottomed round pan
Tomorrow we will be preparing a strawberry cheesecake ......
Please bring along your electric hand beater .
2 and 1/2 cups of sweet biscuit crumbs .( this can be done at home )
1 packet of strawberry jelly
500 gm of cream cheese
395 gm of condensed milk
3 punnets of fresh strawberries ........
