INSTANT AVOCADO DIP
Roughly mash an avocado , drizzled with lemon juice , stir in 1 tbs of extra virgin olive oil , 1 dsp of minced garlic , 1/4 tsp of crushed chilli ...Season with salt and ground pepper to taste .
