HEALTH SLICE
There are two options for this recipe , it is up to you , make it your recipe .
You can either use sultanas or dark choccolate 'Bits ' .
Preheat your oven to 180 deg C .
Melt(just melt ) 155gm of butter/ marg with 1 tbs of honey / 1 tbs of pomegranate honey .
Place 1 cup of almond meal , 1/2 cup of raw sugar , 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut , 1/2 cup of wholemeal S R flour , 1/2 cup of sultanas or 1/2 cup of dark chocolate bits in a bowl .
Then add the butter / marg mix and mix with a wooden spoon .
Press the mixture into a lightly sprayed 8"x 8"pan.
Bake in the moderate oven for about 15 minutes .
Slice into fingers while hot and leave in the pan to cool .
