LEMON MOUSSE

This lemon mousse recipe is  delicious .
The recipe works well with any citrus fruit , simply replace grated rind and juice of lemons with that of 4 small oranges or 6 limes .
Vary the decoration accordingly .


Put 375 ml of condensed milk and 315 ml of thickened cream into a large bowl of an electric beater  and beat till thick enough to leave a ribbon trail when you lift the beaters.


Continue to beat on a medium speed  and slowly drizzle the juice and grated rind  of 4 lemons .
The mixture will suddenly thicken .


Spoon the mixture into individual serving jars or dishes  and chill for at least 6 hours .


Garnish with a chocolate mint curl .
