KEDGEREE

Kedgeree is a beautiful combination of Indian and English cuisines .
Kedgeree is a versatile meal equally perfect for a brunch or a main meal .
You need to sauté onions , minced garlic and ginger in ghee  ( the amount depends on the number of people you are serving ) until the onion is tender .
Place in a steamer .
Now add brown rice replace water with milk  to cook ( the amount depends on how many you are serving) and season with curry powder .
When the moisture has evaporated , remove to warmed serving plates and top with sliced salmon soft boiled eggs and Vadouvan spice mix .
Vadouvan spice mix.........combines curry leaves , shallots , fenugreek seeds , cumin .
