Preheat your oven to 180 deg C .
Place 375 gm of S.R, flour in a bowl with 60 gm of sugar 6 tbs of fresh chopped basil , 1 tps of cracked pepper and 1 and 1/2 cups of beer at room temperature in a bowl and now mix to a soft dough .
Place the dough in a greased and lined loaf pan ( 11 x 21 cm ) .
Bake in your preheated oven for 50 minutes or until bread is cooked when tested with a skewer .
Stand bread in the tin for 5 minutes before turning on a wire rack to cool .
Serve warm or cold .
