Fresh apricots and peaches in lavender honey .
Place 1/4 cup of lavender honey in a pan
Over a low heat bring to the boil .
Add 6 fresh apricots stoned and halved
2 fresh peaches stoned and halved
Reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes
Place on a serving plate .
Top with yoghurt and a dressing of almond flakes
